  I had mold growing on my vent grilles in my apartment and wanted a second opinion from a professional, as I have had poor experiences in the past with the leasing office bringing in people that were not mold experts to provide solutions that were ineffective. I contacted 911 Restoration and was connected with Bob the same day. He came for an inspection the very next day and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the root causes of the mold and provided advice on how to remediate it properly. With Bob's guidance, I was able to better articulate the issue to the maintenance staff so that I could get it properly resolved and advocate for myself. I would happily recommend Bob and 911 Restoration to anyone looking for guidance and remediation work!

  My experience with 911 Restoration was incredible. Bob was able to come to my house to inspect the mold issue within 24 hours of calling and provided clear explanations and solutions. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. I hope I never need mold mitigation but if I do I know who I am calling.

  I had a plumbing leak, which turned into mold - first time, and I had a lot of questions. I called 911 Restoration. Bob came over and assessed the area. He answered my questions and outlined the process, which was very helpful. The crew came out and removed the moldy drywall and flooring, and set up a dehumidifier and fans to dry everything out. They have been in communication with my insurance company, taking that part off of me, which I appreciate. They did good work
