He came for an inspection the very next day and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the root causes of the mold and provided advice on how to remediate it properly. With Bob's guidance, I was able to better articulate the issue to the maintenance staff so that I could get it properly resolved and advocate for myself. He answered my questions and outlined the process, which was very helpful. The crew came out and removed the moldy drywall and flooring, and set up a dehumidifier and fans to dry everything out.
